ESA - User Details Attributes tab is Not Shown in ESA Admin

To be able to see User details attributes tab, enable this "Unmanaged Attributes" setting from Realm General-tab. That is by default disabled in this new keycloak version.

You may need to enable this setting for example if you want to set admin user to have attribute efecte_tenant_admin.
