In this article is described use case for Approval Process for approving access right requests or re-certification requests**.
Please notice, that IGA packages (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) has affect to the use case and relating functionalities.

This use case contains all functionalities for all Efecte IGA Packages, different package content has been marked

Overview |
All access right related requests from Self-Service Portal needs to be advocated by users Manager, if Manager is also requester, there is no need for separate approval. Some access rights may need second level approval, when IGA Approver, added to Entitlement or *Business Role, approves requests after Managers advocate. If **Re-certification Request is created, IGA solution generates approval request to Self-Service Portal for users defined in Re-certification Request. |

Messages |
User can see own open requests and their status, and request history from Efecte Self-Service portal, so it is highly recommended that email notifications are added to IGA solution in further development phase and try to guide users to portal at the first phase. Email notifications can be also added by IGA Admin. |

Customer can define these configuration changes, without them affecting the projects schedule or work estimations.
1. Content shown on the approval request
Customer can define which attributes are shown on the approval request.
Expansion Possibilities
In this chapter are listed expansion possibilities, but please notice that these might have affect to the projects schedule and work estimations, so these will always needs Efecte Consultants review before agreeing on implementation.
1. Additional approval levels
Customer can define more approval levels, which are defined in the IGA Entitlement or IGA Business Role* datacards.
2. Customer specific approval process
Customer can define own specific approval processes, which means that for example based on organizational information approval requests are delegated.
