Configure: ESA - Guest Access configuration

Learn how to configure guest access

In this article is described instructions for Secure Access guest access. Matrix42 Secure Access supports the ability to grant guest access to Matrix42 Self-Service.

From Matrix42 login page, user selects guest access authentication (if ReCaptcha in use, without that login page is not displayed at all), temporary credentials are generated for the guest user and he/she is redirected to Matrix42 Self-Service.

Guest users will have limited visibility of services and information in Matrix42 Self-Service, and guest users are not able to return to their requests or reports made from Matrix42 Self-Service. For security reasons, its highly recommended that user completes ReCaptcha action, meaning that user confirms that he/she is not a robot. Self-Service does not provide built‑in safeguards to prevent administrators from accidentally granting guest users broader access to services than intended.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.
