Pre-requirements

• Data import task template is imported to Common Module
• Data import tasks folder created (allowed template IGA data import task)
• CSVImportTasks are imported to ESM
  • IGA HR import personal information
  • IGA import Cost Center information
  • IGA import Entitlements
  • IGA Import Applications 
    
     

Step-by-Step Instructions 

1. Create CSV file with columns that you are importing to Efecte. For example when importing new identity storages:
   Example file:
   initial_person.csv
   
    
2. Edit CSVImportTask for example IGA HR import personal information. Task must contain same columns as in the CSV file. 
   
   
    
3. After that Open HR import view " 8.3 HR-import " from the left (under IGA Administration->IGA Admin Management)
   
   
    
4. Choose "Data import task" from the list or create new IGA import task data card
   
    
5. Go to edit-mode and upload new CSV file to HR-data CSV file. For example Personal information:
   
   
    
6.  Save data card.
   
    
7. Click link "Mappings URL Personal". It will open CSVImportTask to new tab.
   
    
8. Copy "Csv local directory" from import data card to importtask setting "Csv local directory"
   
   
   
    
9. Copy "Csv file mask" from import data card to importtask setting "Csv file mask"
   
   
    
10. Save task and select "Run task manually". Now the import of the csv file has been started.
     
    
     
11. After successfully import check that data cards are created.
