IGA CSVImportTask- Manage Data Imports
Pre-requirements
- Data import task template is imported to Common Module
- Data import tasks folder created (allowed template IGA data import task)
- CSVImportTasks are imported to ESM
- IGA HR import personal information
- IGA import Cost Center information
- IGA import Entitlements
- IGA Import Applications
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Create CSV file with columns that you are importing to Efecte. For example when importing new identity storages:

Example file:
initial_person.csv
- Edit CSVImportTask for example IGA HR import personal information. Task must contain same columns as in the CSV file.

- After that Open HR import view " 8.3 HR-import " from the left (under IGA Administration->IGA Admin Management)

- Choose "Data import task" from the list or create new IGA import task data card
- Go to edit-mode and upload new CSV file to HR-data CSV file. For example Personal information:

- Save data card.
- Click link "Mappings URL Personal". It will open CSVImportTask to new tab.

- Copy "Csv local directory" from import data card to importtask setting "Csv local directory"


- Copy "Csv file mask" from import data card to importtask setting "Csv file mask"


- Save task and select "Run task manually". Now the import of the csv file has been started.

- After successfully import check that data cards are created.
